Top-TV Papua, the first local TV station, located in Jayapura, the capital city of Papua Province, Indonesia. The station first aired on February 5, 2007 with the vision to educate & develop the land through television media. It now has a 12 hours non-stop programming hours from 11.00am until 11pm everyday.
