Patricia Gunawan (born 14 July 1990), popularly known as Patricia Gouw is an Indonesian fashion model, presenter, and radio announcer. She was a contestant at the Miss Indonesia 2012 pageant and the 1st Runner-up on fourth cycle of Asia's Next Top Model.

Early life
Gunawan was born on 14 July 1990 in Jakarta. She was previously a student at TAFE Western Australia studying International Business, where she later decided to pursue her passion in fashion instead at LaSalle College Indonesia.

Pageantry
Gunawan represented Gorontalo at the Miss Indonesia 2012 pageant, where she was declared Miss Healthy and Beauty with a Purpose, finishing in eleventh place. She represented Indonesia at Miss ASEAN 2012 pageant in Chiang Rai, Thailand, finishing as the first runner-up.
Asia's Next Top Model
Gunawan was one of two contestants representing Indonesia on cycle 4, the other being Aldilla Zahraa. She was chosen as a brand ambassador for Subaru after being declared as the best performer of the week in episode 8. Gunawan was the only contestant of the cycle to have never appeared in the bottom two, and she was declared the best performer of the week three times in total. She got 1st runner up in ASNTM cycle 4 along with Kim Sang-In from Korea, while the winner was Tawan Kedkong from Thailand.
